Jaded Bagels is a small neighborhood bagel shop in Lake City, Seattle. We make bagels seriously and almost everything else with a straight face.

Our dough is naturally fermented, which takes longer and tastes better. We bake in batches all morning instead of all at once, so the bagel you get hasn't been waiting around since dawn.

The cream cheeses are made here. So are the cookies. The coffee is drip, and it's hot.
